Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class
Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce.

Deliveries to UK addresses are usually made
between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected.
For remote locations such as Scottish Isles
and Outer Scottish Regions delivery may take 2 to 3
days. A signature is required on delivery from someone at the specified
address. All items must be checked for damage before signing
for the goods. When no one is available to accept the item, a card will be left
informing the recipient of the alternative delivery options available to them
or chosen for them by Parcelforce Worldwide.
Parcels are kept for 16 days before returning to Rammertime Computers.

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for orders
under the value of £36. Recorded items are expected to be delivered next
working day although deliveries can take up to 5 working days.
Special Delivery will be used for all other items below 2kg.
If there is no one at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the
customer will be carded and the parcel can be collected from local
sorting office.

We may, at no additional cost, deliver your
goods in installments if all the goods are not available for dispatch at the
same time.
In the unlikely event that your item is
temporarily out of stock at time of order, we will do our best to get your order
back in stock and deliver to as soon as possible.
Any item in stock will be despatched on the
same day if the order is received before 3pm Monday-Friday. If the order is
received after this time, the order will be despatched the next working day.
Delivery Charges
- Small / Multiple item orders <1kg = £5.50
- Medium / Multiple item orders <5kg = £7.50
- Large / Multiple item orders <20kg = £12.50
Returns
If you purchased the goods online and are a
consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel
your purchase at any time within 7 days of receipt by informing Rammertime
Computers in writing (email, fax or letter) and we will give you a refund of the
price paid. It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of these unwanted goods that
they are returned in an unused condition, complete, unopened and in a
re-saleable condition (at your own cost).
Rammertime Computers cannot accept the return
of opened software under any circumstances.
In order to return the goods to us you must
firstly obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) from our Returns
Department on 0871 288 3695.
The return will be authorised once the RMA is
issued and you should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is
your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a
satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that
the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable
courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit
and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to
prevent this from happening.
All returned items must be in original
packaging. Rammertime Computers will not be liable for any damage to items that
are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit back to us.
Please ensure that you enclose:
- Your RMA number
- Details of why you are returning the item
- All packaging, CD’s, manuals and cables
Please Note, if products purchased from
Rammertime Computers are found returned with illegal software or are faulty due
to accident, neglect or misuse you will not be able to return the item to us. We
are responsible for reporting any illegal activities to the authorities. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
Rammertime Computers can not be held liable for any loss of data stored on
any product sent for testing. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that
data is backed up where possible before returning the product.
Defective Items
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty
or defective, it should be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery to you,
a replacement item will be offered, if this is not acceptable then you will be
given a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.
